Comments: Pest control service reports dated 5/29/18, 8/31/18, and 9/14/18 submitted to this Department by the Clubhouse Supervisor (Erika Johnston). As per pest control service reports; Genesee Pest Control is inspecting Stafford Country Club on a monthly basis. 9/14/18 report states very light mouse activity found in basement storage areas. No rodent activity reported for the dry storage area located near the kitchen. As per telephone conversation with Clubhouse Supervisor on 9/20/18; rodent droppings observed on the window sill and on the shelves in the dry storage area located near the kitchen during the 8/21/18 FSE inspection have been cleaned. Kitchen staff will also continue to monitor rodent activity. Pest control reports on file at this Department. 1
