Comments: Per interview with the head cook, the walkin cooler is scheduled to be removed and replaced with two 3 door true commercial refrigerators. Additionally, the upstairs under the counter refrigerator is scheduled to be replaced. The work for the walkin cooler and the upstairs cooler is scheduled to take place in the spring 2016. Gasket to the basement walk in was temporarily repaired with duct tape. You must complete a notice of intent form for the scheduled work. Per interview, staff is scheduled to take an online food safety course but did not know the date. You must report to our office when the course is scheduled and send our office the certificate once completed.
