Turkey is being cooked in the oven, sliced and then put back in the oven for hot holding until it will be served. Mashed potatoes are being cooked and hot held in various croc pots until served. Coleslaw in refrigerator temped at 44 degrees. Food will be served family style. Operator stated that no food will be served again once already served family style.
