Observed approximately 15 full jugs full of waste cooking oil and a large vat filled with approximately 300 to 400 gallons of waste cooking oil, stored on the backside of the facility. Manager, David, demonstrated that he has made at least 8 phone calls to two oil collection companies to have oil removed, but that to date they have not arrived for pickup. David stated that his latest phone call the oil collection company was made this morning. |
