Comments: Discussed 1/20/15 complaint with owner, Paul Armstrong. Food handling gloves were present at establishment and were being used by staff. Employee handwash sinks were equipped with soap and paper towels. There is no mechanical dishwasher in the establishment, a three bay sink is used to manually wash dishes. There was no chicken left out at room temperature. Comment only: In discussion with Paul, he planned to cook a 9lb turkey from the frozen state. As required by the State Sanitary Code, whole poultry must be completely thawed before cooking. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 3/18/15. Must submit something in writing to the Glens Falls District Office addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 3/18/15.
