Comment only: In discussion with Paul, he planned to cook a 9lb turkey from the frozen state. As required by the State Sanitary Code, whole poultry must be completely thawed before cooking. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 3/18/15. Must submit something in writing to the Glens Falls District Office addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 3/18/15. |
