Food was found properly cooling in the large stand up freezer units. on sheet pans. a couple of ladders are stored back atop the walkin. please limit the amount of unnecessary items in the kitchen. the hood was clean but in and behind equipment and shelving is in need of cleaning. |

Walk-in cooler was very clean and organized. facility was much cleaner in general. New shelving has been installed and many of the unnecessary items such as ladders and tools have ben removed from the facility. Some labeling and dating is being done. and most food in the walkin is covered but not all. food in walkin was 39 degrees chicken and pork. RIce in togo containers was being stored in the steam table and temped 145 to 150. Corrected from last inspection. wall in the back of the facility near 3 bay has been repaired. |
