Comments: Basement is showing improvement but still has strong odor compressor in the back of the basement is contributing to the moisture of the limestone / dirt floor. Facility needs to apply lye to knock the smell down and install dehumidifiers to cut down on the moisture in the basment. Walkin cooler is operating 44 to 45 degrees . i informed the operator it is not keeping product overly cold and product temperature must be monitored with a probe thermometer. Facility is clean in general and. Several blue violations have not been corrected, Baseboard not corrected concrete flooring still worn, flooring in the hall way still broken. | ||
