Comments: Reinspect after 2 weeks. I spoke to the owner on the 2 Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection water treatment units as having both alarms that presently sounding. The facility was given signs to post in the Public bathrooms, and they were posted "Do Not Drink the Water". I asked Mr. Gomez to also post all water taps/ faucets in the facility and asked to make up signs and post and that it could be in spanish since for it is for the employees. Bottled water and packaged ice was purchased and arrived at the time of inspection. Use only bottled water and packaged ice until Health Department approves removal of signs upon inspection/ water testing. Owner said he did not know that the alarm was sounding and on second telephone call said he called someone to evaluate the system. Certified food handler not present on the premises, recommend sending another person to course. Enforcement action to follow, prompt correction is requested.
