Notes: - The indirect drain fixture located at the upstairs kitchen 3-compartment sink found backing up waste water upon heavy water discharge. During normal operational use as a hand washing station and/or food preparation sink; waste water back-up may not be a concern. Should waste water back-up from this indirect drain during normal operation; further permanent correction is required. Recommend replacing the 3-compartment sink with stand-alone food preparation and hand washing sinks. - Properly attach the right side drain board to the basement 3-compartment sink. - Be certain to provide lids for all trash containers holding food waste to prevent insect harborage.
