Staff immediately placed in ice bath for holding. Repair call placed to attempt return by this afternoon. Instructed to continue to monitor salsa unit for less than 45°F. Instructed to contact HDO at 315-866-6879 when repair completed. Will follow up temperatures this afternoon.
