IT APPEARS THAT AS THE SCHOOL HAS GROWN IN POPULATION THE FOOD PREPARATION AREA HAS NOT. WORKERS ARE USING CAFETERIA TABLES, THE 3 BAY AND FOOD PREP SINKS AS FOOD PREP SURFACES. THE ADDITIONAL FOOD STORAGE, PREPARATION AREAS MUST BE USED GOING FORWARD IN THE FUTURE. ADDITIONAL COOKING AND HOT HOLDING EQUIPMENT MAY BE NECESSARY AS THE POPULATION RISES IN THE SCHOOL. THE KITCHEN MUST ALSO HAVE AN AREA ASIGNED TO THEM THAT IS SECURE SINCE IT APPEARS THAT SUPPLIES HAVE COME UP MISSING AND THE OPERATOR IS USING THE LOCKING WALK IN BOX AS A SECURE LOCATION. |
