Comments: Hot hold temps satisfactory, fish = 145 deg, ham and bean = 175 deg, creamy cauliflower = 158 deg. Spoke with manager regarding compliant of alledged spoiled food February 21 and manager stated that a batch veg beef soup burned causing an odor and taste issue, threw it out. No evidence of spoiled or adulturated foods observed in facility at time of inspection. Gave a pair of food tongs and sign for fruits and garnishs.

Floor in the walk in cooler has something spilled on it and it smells bad. Corrected by mopping the floor. Dish machine does not have sanitizer in the final rinse. Use 3 bay sink method or place a cap full of bleach in final rinse of each load until it can be serviced. Employees restroom missing handwashing sticker. Corrected-new sticker given. Mens restroom is out of service so ladies restroom is being shared. Discussed ill food worker policy and handling of ready to eat foods.

Temps on serving line were all good: Creamy chicken 170F, Pork Veg 175F, Turkey gravy 160F, stuffing 158F, Lettuce 44F. Discussed ill foodworker policy.
