Corrected by making up sanitizer, disinfecting the cloth and rewiping contaminated counter. Ice scoop was stored improperly. Corrected by placing in a container. Food uncovered, double stacked, and stored on the floor of the walk in cooler. Racks in the cooler have mold and accumulation of food particles on them. Floor in walk in is slippery/greasy. Comfort Pest control comes weekly last visit 12/19/17. Discussed ill food worker policy. All hot/cold temps in coolers and at buffet were good. Gave tongs to owner and discussed handling of ready to eat foods. |
