The inspector and onsite staff discussed proper chemical usage and the acceptable concentrations thereof for cleaning food contact surfaces. Note: Discussed various aspects of the NYS Sanitary Code (Food Service Establishment Subpart) with the new food service director.

Note: If/when the facility starts serving meals to outside (non-SUNY-ESF affiliated) groups CPR equipment needs to be available onsite, including 2 adult and 2 child CPR masks, or 2 universally-sized CPR face shields, and 6 pairs of disposable gloves. A CPR equipment location sign was provided to the operator, Linda, at the time of the inspection. This sign subsequently needs to be posted if/when this meal service change occurs.
