The lower dial to the mechanical dishwasher is stickered for 160 deg F. when tested the upper dial (not labeled) read 170 deg F and the lower dial remained fixed at 150 degrees F. please refer to the manufacturing specifications as to what the wash and rinse/sanitize temperatures are and which gauge to read. Lunch and breakfast menses were reviewed for cooking and holding procedures being performed. |
