Manager stated foods were out of temperature for less than 2 hours. Corrected- All foods items in refrigerated drawerss relocated to walk-in cooler and iced. Refrigerated drawers not to be used until serviced or adjusted and operating properly.

Comments: Serving sized packet of corned beef sitting out on prep table, not under refrigeration. Not known why it was there. Manager threw it out. In use food prep utensils, chef knife, spatula, fork, stored in a container unwashed, with food debris on them. Not known how long ago these were used. Set aside to be washed.
