Comments: On 3/28/2018 at approximately 6:42, the sprinkler system was activated at the FSE. This was the result of a small fire underneath a hood system. The fire was contained and all food products that were in contact with sprinkler spray were discarded. The shelving and equipment that came in contact with sprinkler spray were cleaned and sanatized. The fire marshall determined the FSE could re-open, and the Health Department is in concurence with this decision. | ||
