Discussed remaining violations with owner, we agreed on a ttoc of 3-20-14 to complete all outstanding items except - she assures me she will obtain a new container of quaternary ammonia test strips with indicator card (to evaluate strength) immediately. All violations on this inspection report are under a ttoc of 3-30-14 and were originally cited on the inspection from 2-6-14. NOTE: conducted food service training with owner only. She will train staff. She did post a chart of cooking temps on the wall near the grill. |
