Comments: All foods cold holding at proper tempertures during the time of the inspection. Facility installed a proper sneeze guard at the pizza station. Kitchen and dining room were very clean at the time of the inspection. ALL FOODS were covered and labeled in the walk in coolers. Staff does a great job of keeping the facility clean and organized. Please keep up the good work. Please periodically check the tempertures of all the foods hot holding on the service line to ensure that food items are hot holding above 140F. During the inspection two wires were observed hanging from the elecrically outlets abovewalk in cooler numberr 1, please have maintance department evaluate these wires to deterine if they are a hazard.
