Food workers plan to prepare food for the event one hour before lunch time and finish serving after one and a half hours. All food will be prepared onsite. No outside food vendors. Only hot food will be served. A brand new steam table is present that is reportedly working very well and is expected to be an improvement to their holding temperatures. Several probe thermometers are present/acurate.
