All hot holding temperatures were ok at time of inspection. ROP not being done at this time. Need to complete the approved ROP forms for submittal

Comments: facility has been cleaned and much improved from last inspection. operator now has a cleaning check list that is being done everyday and facility is being maintained better. walls were painted and line equipment is cleaned more frequently. most single service storage items replaced. major improvement from last inspection. need to stay with check lists and keep up with the cleaning. All cold holding temperatures were good all below 45 degrees F. Hot holding in the steam table was good 160 degrees F.
