Comments: There were unlabeled, partially full jars of pepper jelly (?) in the Chiodo reachin cooler. The cook was unaware of the source. The jars were discarded at the time of the inspection. The temperature of the Chido reachin cooler was 58 degrees Fahrenheit according to the inspector's digital thermometer. Thermometer in the unit read 58 degrees Fahenheit. Individual containers of half&half were at a food product temperature of 53 degrees Fahrenheit, a large container of Bryne Dairy sour cream was at a food product temperature of 53 degrees Fahrenheit, a large sontainer of Bryne Dairy Cottage cheese was at a food product temperature of 52 degrees Fahrenheit. The food items were voluntarily discarded
