Comments: Reinspection conducted to follow up on time table of correction (TTOC) for kitchen and walk-in floors which were lacking a seal coat to make floor nonabsorbent. Operator provided CCHD with receipt of clear coat for concrete floor and corrected previous violation. No other items evaluated during time of reinspection.

Comments: Re-inspection conducted to follow up on inspection done on 1-6-17. Previous violations 12C (faucet in server area in disrepair, leak underneath 3-bay sink dripping into bucket) have been corrected. Floor in kitchen area and walk-in cooler for repair still not corrected , a revised TTOC has been set for 9/4/17. No other items reevaluated during this time.
