Comments: Temperatures taken of food items and in refrigeration are found to be acceptable. In the walkin cooler drain line has been extended to drain, foods are covered, no partially cooked foods, thermometers are in place, in kitchen ice paddles are being use to properly chill soups that have just come off of the stove. Unlabeled bottles of soap at bar are now labeled. There is a building next to the resturant which contains 2 chest frezzers and catering supplies and equipment, this was cited as unacceptable storage during last inspection. The room now has fully finished surfaces which are painted and cleanable as well as cleanable shelves. There is no food prep in this area only storage. One of the freezers contains several skinned rabbits wrapped in plastic and dated . These were ordered for an event on 11/21 meat was purchased from Garuc Distributing wholesale pork, beef and poultry in East Durham, NY . Operator has no original packaging for the meat only bill of sale, copy was given for NYSDOH office records.,
