Corrected by removal of these hazardous foods to adjoining counter area refrig unit that can maintain 45 F or less. Discussed. Soiled paper lining cabinet interiors under counter area handwash sink. Non shielded lgiht fixtures noted in counter area refrig unit holding cream cheeses and under counter shelving units over preparation area.
