Food temperatures of food products in other refrigeration units acceptable. Hand gloves provided and in use at inspection time. Calorie and food allergy statement posted on menuboard. Extermination service provided monthly by J P McHale, last service date was 5/23/18. No infestation reported. Evidence of mice droppings observed on floor under dry storage shelf, more enhanced/frequent service required to get rid of this problem. Re-inspection scheduled for 6/18/18

According to Bob Moir(manager),entire facility has been fogged twice already. More fogging will be performed if needed. Standing pool of water eliminated in kitchen, food debris between/underneath /behind equipment eliminated according to Bob. Door sweeps will be installed later today/tomorrow at rear end door to eliminate entrance for insects/rodents. Continue with weekly extermination service , until exterminator(J P McHale) determines there is no longer a roach infestation
