Comments: the following violations were corrected from previous inspection; 15a damaged drywall repaired in kitchen and covered with a smooth and easily cleanable material. 15a- ceiling drywall repaired. 12c-no leak obsserved at faucet at 3 bay sink in kitchen. 10A no condensate observed in bottom of beer cooler. 12e-paper towels observed at 3 bay sink used for hand-washing in kitchen. 12b/12c all plumbing issues corrected in basement. 8a-no food items observed stored on floor of walk-in cooler. 11a bleach test strips observed.

Joe stated he will obtain bleach test strips this week and also purchase several extra thermometers. Scheduled food training with Joe and staff for 1-22-14.
