Lunch is prepped in am and held between the lunch periods in the oven. lunch is taken to individual rooms on carts for service by room staff. use three refrigerators in rooms to store afternoon snack items. These units are also used by staff and children in the rooms (all units were cold and had thermometers). The items left in the refrigerators were milk pictures and sometimes yogurt and cheese for snack. All other food items are brought to the rooms at the time of service. | ||
