Comments: Facility has made some corrections to blue violations. still in need of some cleaning but organized and relatively clean. all refrigeration running below 45 deg F. hot holding gravy 160. Made mention of storing salsa in a canning jar I would suggest not doing that even if there is no canning process it could be mistaken for home canned goods. Jams and jellies are aloud. Operator reminded they should be making all salads with cold ingredients. and eggs must be treated as raw food and can not be stored over ready to eat food. Walked the leech field no failure found, OWTS seems to be functioning properly.
