Food temperatures measured with the DOH thermocouple : Chicken soup 171 degrees F, Beef stew 182 degrees F, macaroni salad 42 degrees F, sliced tomatoes 43 degrees F, Pizza 142 degrees F. Good. It is highly recommend that upgraded food probe thermometers to instant read digital are obtained for this busy operation. A new choking poster was provided to replace the damaged one.
