Comments: Chicken and gravy, that was just cooked, were observed hot-held at 198 degrees F, in a steam tray. In the refrigerator, milk was measured at 34 degrees F. Maintenance and cleaning of the inside of the ice machine was discussed with the operator. Since the last inspection, 3 CPR posters have been hung up, sanitizing test strip have been purchased, bare shelving in the beverage cooler has been adequately re-surfaced and thermometers have been placed inside the refrigerator and freezer.
