Comments: The following abatements have been completed as of 9/15/14. 1)Kitchen was renovated by painting walk in door, 2) provided painted plywood coverings for rusted shelves, 3) Resealed walk in door, 4) and installed one inch air gap on food prep sink. Comments: All hot & cold food temperatures measured with the DOH thermocouple were 140 degrees or above, and 45 degrees or below respectively. Hot chili beef... cold tomatoes, soup, pork, meatloaf, sausages, shredded cheeses in walk- in and cold drawers. The high temperature mechanical dishwasher ran at 160 degrees for the wash cycle & 190 degrees for the rinse cycle, very good.
