As discussed with operator, the facility serves Eggs Benedict and will be including a notation on the facility’s chalkboard menu immediately indicating that this food item contains undercooked shell eggs, additionally the operator will be including this notation in the print menu upon next update that is expected to occur prior to July 2018.
