At time of inspection a large delivery of food was brought into resturant. Delivery included 12 cases of whole egg flats and 20 gallons of milk along with cases of other food items. Inspector notes there is not adequate refrigerated storage to accommodate these food items on site. Operator states he has alternate site "warehouse" with a refrigerator and freezer at 178 East street in Oneonta, white garage at corner of bug bee and east street. This area is included in the inspection above. Food arrives at 10 am eggs were transported to alternate site by 11 am, also where mobile food truck is stored. Other non food service related items stored in garage belong to owner of garage. |
