Comments: Temperatures measured in refrigeration range from 41-42 F, cook has tags for shellfish. Inspection was mailed to Sean Mc Carthy at 7444 Route 81 East Durham 12423 Additional Notes Facility has private water system, has not maintained water operation reports and required sampling for 2014. Our records indicate 2 of the four required coliform samples have been received for 2014. No nitrate sample yet received. Water operation reports were received for property Jan thru March 2014 note that at this time facility was under different operator Lane's wayside inn. At the time of inspection no visible chlorine residual was obtained at the ladies bathroom sink. There was chlorine in the chlorinator, Operator Sean McCarthy) states he measured a 0.2 mg/l residual that morning. Since there was chlorine in the tank and operator was not on site to assist BWO was NOT instated, rather revisit site on 12/31/14. On that day Chlorine was restored- operator states that running toilet in the woman's bathroom had depleted chlorine in the tank and system.
