Comments: Discussed deficiencies with the operator. The manager stated that an elevator and loading dock are being constructed next to the Dry Storage Area for the Kitchen. The food items that were stored in this area were moved to another room. They also purchased and are installing a new Champion Conveyor Style Dish Washer, Model #100HDPW-R-CW, Serial #J16053654, installed by NJ Flihan Company of Utica, NY. Treffeisen & Son are attaching the electrical, plumbing, gas, and sheet metal for the venting. Duffy's Equipment Service will come by after the Dish Washer is ready to operate and certify that the installation has been completed according to manufacturer's specifications. Report e-mailed.
