Comments: Discussed deficiencies with the operator. Temperatures of cold held food was measured to be below 45 degrees F. Burgers,the occasional steak, fries, fish and chicken are cooked to order. Most of the food cooked on the grill is some kind of burger. Frozen chicken and fish are deep dried in one of the Deep Fryers and the other is used to cook French fries. There is no Fire Suppression System in the Ventilation Hood above the Deep Fryers and Grill, and there never has been one installed according to the owner. Report must be mailed.
