Discussion with operator regarding keeping up with maintenance of these walk-ins is especially important because they are located outside and therefor could have more dirt tracked into them then walk-ins located inside of a facility. Also had a discussion with the operator about monitoring status of cooler temperatures and food temperatures/throw-away dates. Facility has called a maintenance worker to come and fix the walk-in cooler today.
