Comments: A box of what was labled as " Poison" was found stored in the dry food storage area near single service items placed on the floor. Food Items were also stored in same storage area, but not near the poison. Operator stated will have maintenance remove poison asap, now. Single service items will be discarded. No stem type thermometer at elementary feeding station. Operator took extra thermometer from High school and placed at elementary feeding station during inspection.
