Education provided on must keep clam and mussels tags with all containers at all times until served. Instructed operator to send email of corrections to inspector. Bar cooler under cash register contains milk that was temped using a metal stem probe thermometer at 46 degrees F. Must monitor this cooler closely, same as above.
