Comments: A new hotel is tentatively scheduled to be built where this facility currently sits, so if these plans go forward and this is the last operating season, then violations 15A and 12D do not have to be addressed. If the facility operates next season, then these violations will have to be corrected in a timely manner. All other repairable violations must be corrected no later than July 3, 2014. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to [email protected] addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 7/3/14. Note: Using a metal stem probe thermometer, foods were temped in the range from 42 to 46 degrees F inside both the one door upright Victory cooler and 3 door line cooler. Recommend moving all foods that require refrigeration to a properly functioning cooler immediately until these coolers are serviced and can cold hold all foods at or below 45 degrees F at all times.
