Note: Using a metal stem probe thermometer, foods were temped in the range from 42 to 46 degrees F inside both the one door upright Victory cooler and 3 door line cooler. Recommend moving all foods that require refrigeration to a properly functioning cooler immediately until these coolers are serviced and can cold hold all foods at or below 45 degrees F at all times. |
