Comments: The purpose of this re-inspection was due to violations noted on the last report concerning the walk-in cooler in the basement area and other public health concerns. At the time of the visit the walk-in cooler was properly functioning as per manufactures design. During the course of the visit, the following educational information was discussed; maintenance of equipment. Cooling of potentially hazardous food items, and other general public health concern items specific to the facility. The manager was informed that the Department will conduct an unannounced inspection in the near future during a time when the facility has patriots.

Comments: The purpose of this re-inspection is due to the complaint inspection on April 27,2016. All areas noted on the previous inspection were inspected. All areas of concern have been properly addressed. These areas were cleaned, painted and sealed or had slip resistant treads installed (on stairs). The above operator has acted in good faith with regards to 14-1 of the SSC. Case closed pending further information.
