Comments: Complaint investigation - Spoke to owner about complaint. Gloves are worn by all staff members while prepping food that is ready to eat. Some ceiling tiles are stained from a leak in the roof that the owner is still dealing with. There is a tarp over the roof currently until the roofers can come once the weather clears to completely fix the problem. Once they are 100% sure the leak has stopped, they will replace the tiles. | ||
