Plumber has parts on order for hot water repair in bathrooms. Owner will work on self closing doors to bathrooms. I will re-inspect March 17th ,the hot water and self closing door problems , in the bathrooms,need to be satisfactorily repaired by then. Need application, fees, and proof of disability and workman's compensation insurance ASAP.

I will re-visit on March 9 to verify that hot water is available in both restrooms.
