Comments: Inspection completed while investigating complaint F2015-936, "Customer ordered sub and while employee was making it a glass shaker bottle broke, employees cleaned it up but continued to make the sub. Customer later ate the sub and ingested some glass". Full inspection revealed the above violations. The facility is aware of the situation with the customer and has instituted a policy to no longer use glass shakers at the prep area. Alternate shakers are on order. There are no broken or cracked bottles in service at this time. No evidence currently to support the complaint.
