Wraps will be served in the next hour. 5E Traulsen condiment refrigerator behind buffet line had an ambient air temperature of 58 dF at 11:20 AM. Approx 1/4 gal of milk and 1/2 gal of tarter sauce inside were 50 dF at that time.
