This sanitizer has quat and soap combined, which is not allowed according to NYS Sanitary Code 14-1. These steps must be seperate. Eco Lab Quat 144 was available in the establishment, both the 3-bay sink and wiping cloth buckets were switched to Quat 144. Corrected. |
