Comments: 5A--At 1:15pm, bin of egg coating for fish was found in ice measuring 56 degrees using the inspector's digital thermometer. Cook stated that batter had been taken out of cooler 20 minutes ago. Batter was placed into walk-in cooler to bring down to <= 45 degrees. A bin of oil and butter mixture was found sitting out at room temperature since opening at 11:30am. Mixture was moved to the walk-in cooler to bring down temperature to <= 45 degrees. Corrected. 8E--Digital thermometer of True Cooler and Freezer unit next to ice machine was reading 44 degrees while inspector's calibrated thermometer read 33 degrees. 11A--Chlorine sanitizer in wipe towelk buckets read <100 ppm cl, as required.
