Thermometers present throughout. New floor covering has been installed at the cookline. Discussed planned improvements needed for the kitchen floor. Deli prep cooler items adequate at 40-42F. Bare wood and painted surfaces are adequately maintained. Discussed creating a weekly cleaning schedule. One microwave oven was removed from service during inspection at the suggestion of MCDOH Inspector. Thermometers available throughout all coolers. Can opener and meat slicer were adequately maintained at time of inspectiuon. Hair restraints and hand barriers utilized.
