Comments: Received complaint from patron in regards to employee not washing his hands after coming in from exterior door and immediately handling utensils to slice up patron's pizza on April 13th at 2156. Patron was upset because employee did not wash his hands before returning to work and not putting on gloves to work on slicing pizza. Explained to patron there was no bare hand contact with pizza and the utensil was a barrier for hands to pizza. Made site visit to Pizza Hut and reviewed complaint with on duty manager John Sherman. Manager had heard of and was aware of the issue. Reviewed hand washing protocol and left brochure on handwashing and glove use for employees.
